Cultural Events Lead & Coordinator

- â–¸Led and managed a 15-member volunteer team across 15 cultural events, coordinating logistics, scheduling, and execution while working simultaneously with over 4 departments to ensure smooth delivery for 100+ attendees per event.
- â–¸Owned sponsorship operations and resource allocation for all events, negotiating and managing 1.5 lakh INR in budgets and at least 2 lakh INR worth of sponsorship deliverables.
- â–¸Acted as the Point of Contact (POC) between the Culturals Department and the Talent Hunt event, contributing to the evaluation of 80+ submissions during Margazhi.
